Cochise County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man they say fired a gun in Cochise Tuesday.
According to deputies, 23-year-old William Maddox fired a gun at three people on Havasu Way at about 1:30 p.m. that day.
Deputies found bullet casings on the ground and another in a vehicle's tire. At 4 p.m. they found Maddox's vehicle parked behind a mobile home on the south end of Becks Road in Pearce/Sunsites. Deputies arrested Maddox and say they found the gun used in the shooting in the home.
Maddox was booked into Cochise County Jail and faces three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and endangerment.
During the investigation, deputies arrested three other suspects, including one of the victims, on outstanding warrants.
